Will Kemp

Originally, an accomplished dancer, Will Kemp studied at The Royal Ballet Upper School in England. He later joined Adventures in Motion Pictures (AMP) for the creation of choreographer Matthew Bourne’s award-winning production of Swan Lake.

As a Principal Dancer, Kemp created many leading roles over a ten year period with the company dancing on Broadway, London’s West End, The National Theatre, in Los Angeles & Japan as well as many US & UK Tours.

As an actor, his stage work includes starring as Nugget in the West End revival of Equus, alongside Daniel Radcliffe and the late Richard Griffiths as well as playing Mercutio in Romeo & Juliet alongside Juliet Rylance and Santiago Cabrera.

Film credits include Van Helsing, alongside Hugh Jackman and Kate Beckinsale, and Mindhunters, alongside Val Kilmer and Christian Slater along with Step Up 2: The Streets, Mythica: Stormbound, Barbarians, The Princess Switch 3, The Midnight Man, Slumber, Scorpion King 4, The Secrets of Emily Blair, and Miguel and William.

His TV credits include Spinning Out, Doom Patrol, Code Black, Reign, Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce, 90210, Nikita, NewTricks, The Great Fire of London, Christopher and His Kind, Peter and the Wolf, Petals on the Wind, and Kristin’s Christmas Past.

Kemp starred opposite Lacey Chabert in Christmas Waltz and Love, Romance & Chocolate for Hallmark Channel as well as The Dancing Detective: A Deadly Tango for which he was co-creator and an Executive Producer.

His other films for the network include Paging Mr. Darcy, A Not So Royal Christmas, A Merry Scottish Christmas, Jolly Good Christmas, and Royal Matchmaker.
